What to do regarding remedial appt?

    I conducted my DODMERB exam back in September, and got a remedial concerning past injuries/conditions listed in my medical history. 2/3 problems were easily resolved, but for the third I need to see a physician for. I was informed of this on October 12, and I have yet to hear from DoDMETS who my assigned physician is, and they told me they would let me know. Does it normally take almost the entire 30 days they state or do I need to go ahead and call Concorde regarding who to see?

    For DS, when he signed back into DODMETS, the new dr contact was there. If it’s not, then I’d call. They never sent an email or anything, it was just on his DODMETS account.

    I called about a week ago, and my assigned technician no longer works at DoDMERB, and DODMETS claims they never received my remedial file from DoDMERB. Furthermore, I sent an email at around the same time to DoDMERB, and have yet to here back from them? Who do I even call at this point?
