So I have completed my DoDMERB exams about a week ago, and my application was submitted a few months ago, and I was wondering if someone could tell me what should the next steps be? I wasn't sure about the waiting period of when I would hear next from either Concord, or the Academy and also if someone could tell me if I should be worried about being accepted or not since it is late in the year and almost the end of high school. Any information would be greatly appreciated since I am the first one in my family to apply to a service academy, I'm a little in the dark about the process.
 
Make sure you have a plan B option in case you do not get in.
Until you are formally rejected you are still in the running for a spot.
All RA decisions will be given by April 1st if not before then so some waiting still.
Keep an eye on Bears Den for your application status.

Is it true that only viable candidates are asked to complete a DODMERB?
I was asked to complete it for USNA, but heard nothing from USAFA or USCGA about it.
Could this be that I was deemed viable by USNA and not the others?

Check your DoDMERB portal. It will list all contact information and dates. If any of the other SAs have sent in a request, you will see it there.

Strangely, I never received an online DODMERB portal or account, I just received an email from the Chief of Administration with the necessary forms attached to the email. I filled them out, completed my medical and then scanned them and sent them directly to DODMERB via email

You have to make the account with DodMETS we did through concord.

I believe my DS waited about a month after his exam to be notified.

If you previously completed the exam for USNA, then USCGA has access to that as well.
