Direct from high school.

LOA is a letter of assurance that if you are qualified medically and get a nom, you will be offered an appointment.

For USNA it’s like 10% with LOA, 90% don’t get it.

You want an appointment. That’s all that matters.

USMA sent a 3Q letter in mail, have not seen USAFA or USNA. My data set is 1 ( my DD).

Same I never got a letter but still waiting for my hold status to change to accepted
