When do most RA decisions come out?

Good Morning,
I recently learned about the USCGA after my sisters graduation from USNA. I applied last month to RA however, I am curious to when most RA applicants find out about their acceptances? When do the bulk of the appointments come out?

I am aware that the RA deadline has been pushed back this year. Will this have any effect on the appointment timeline?

If I was deferred and submitted extremely competitive ACT/PFE scores after I was deferred, would this mean I have a chance of learning about a potential appointment in the earlier waves of appointments during RA? I was requested for an interview before the RA deadline was over.

I have really competitive SAT scores (1500) but low-ish PFE (213). I haven't heard anything yet either, and I was deferred. Good luck!
