Hey so I got a call from my MOC a few days ago about my offer of appointment and earlier this morning the green box that says congratulations showed up along with a dark blue section on the left that has the option to accept/decline acceptance. Does anyone know when the official appointment offer letter appears?

It shows up after a little bit. Same thing happened to me. Appointed 02/02 and the letter popped up on 02/09.

To you your offer showed up the day it hit your portal and had the functionality to either accept or decline. Getting something in the mail will not change that. It officially hit your portal the Tuesday or Wednesday before, but you are not allow to see it until a MOC or someone else can be given time to reach out to you first. BFEs for the week typically mailed out on Thursday or Friday. When you get yours depends on USPS and weather. Some in my district take a week, some took as long as 3 weeks. Reach out to your FF Rep.

Huh, odd. I got my BFE in the mail today and still nothing in the correspondence. Oh well a physical letter is better than a pdf
