My son is a re-applicant who was medically qualified last year and now needs to submit his present health questionnaire. At the end of July he tore his medial meniscus and had to have surgery. He is currently a free agent at NWP and won't be back until mid-December at which time his doctor hopes to be able to give him a clean bill of health. My question is should he wait until December to submit the questionnaire with the medical records that will hopefully include the clean bill of health or should he submit now?
