Where to get medical records translated?

Hi all,
My son is currently at VMI for STP and has a NROTC application in. DODMERB wishes copies of all his pharmacy records from 2016 due to a long-ago diagnosis of ADHD which he seemed to outgrow. His dad is a Navy CDR and we were stationed in Chile remote to the embassy, for 5 years. ALL his medical records from that time (2014-2019) are completely in Spanish.
Military One Source won't translate medical records.
Where does he look to have his records translated to submit them to DODMERB?
