Who can I get to do my CFA?

I'm currently a college student in our Boxing Club.The Admissions website says I can get any varsity coach to administer my CFA, but the club is pretty much student-run. Can I go to a recruiting office and ask an officer to perform one for me?

I am pretty sure your BGO can do it for you, any physical education teacher, or an active duty officer.
