I am applying to one of the service academies and I recently was required to fill out the Medical history DD2492 form online and then print it out to bring to my medical examination. I was wondering who can see the form that I filled out online? From what I've read, it seems like only I can see it and the only way for other people to see it is if I print it out. Am I correct?
