Who to go to for waiver help?

Just FYI, "Waiver Help" is not usually something DoDMERB is involved with on a routine basis. Normally each Academy or ROTC Cadet Command are the people who handle and review waivers. If you are an academy applicant, contact your admissions person and inquire how to contact or get help with your waiver, if you are ROTC, contact your Unit (going into) and ask them for info regarding waivers and contacting the waiver authority.
Remember, I think I read someplace that 25% or so of otherwise qualified applicants need waivers, so the waiver people are used to questions and helping applicants. If you are in the waiver process it means that wherever you are applying, they want you and will do everything to help you get thru the waiver process.
