Is it likely that the academy will contact today like the website says?

The Academy's page says that? I haven't seen anything on there that says that they will FOR SURE contact us today, but I would love to be wrong!!!!

I'm guessing that they had the deadline today so that they know how many cadets they have so far. So hopefully they can start appointing more people within the next few weeks.
