To the point: Will USNA want high school transcripts for college reapplicant?
7th or 8th semester?

My grades are good but I just need to let me hs counselor know before I graduate

Usually your high school has a link on their web page to request transcripts.

I’ve tried that request online and for some reason they never get it right. It’s bettee that I make sure it gets done. Thank you!

in that line of questioning...do the ACT/SAT scores previously sent in need to be sent again or just new scores if retaking? not sure if they maintain previous applicant file info or if it's like starting from scratch. thanks

Yes. Absolutely everything must be done all over again, with the exception of the medical exam.

I cannot answer for USNA, but USMA carries many things over from year to year.

I never understand why people comment on how other SA handles their business on a specific SA page, especially when the Subject says “Will USNA...”, but I digress! ;)

Haha. If I were to defend myself, I’d say that was not a SA specific question. The truth is, I got bored and wandered off!:D

Please ensure you read the following link (especially for math/English teacher recommendations): https://www.usna.edu/Admissions/Apply/Previous-Candidates-and-College-Candidates.php

SAT/ACT scores MIGHT be able to be pulled over. I would recommend contacting your Admissions Counselor over the summer and inquire. Everything else will need to be re-submitted except DODMERB, if it was completed the previous year (DODMERB is good for 2 years).

I am going to defend Zeus on this one. While the question is specific to USNA, the fact is that this question could be asked for any of the academies and instead of having separate questions for each academy, giving an answer for each academy assuming they are different, is worthwhile. I see nothing wrong with saying USNA is X and AFA is X
