Winter Storm Interfering with PFA Question

I am a high school senior applying for the Army ROTC Scholarship. I was scheduled to take my PFA tomorrow, but a winter storm rolled in, leaving the roads icy and conditions not safe to run in. My area is kind of rural, so we have no large gyms or indoor tracks nearby to run in, so I was wondering if I could complete my mile run indoors on a treadmill. I did a quick google search but came up with confusing results: the ai overview said I could, but I can't find any concrete evidence that the instructor is allowed to administer it on a treadmill. There is no other date I can take the assessment before the January 20th deadline, as, ironically, I am traveling to West Point for a candidate event all next week. In a previous post, I explained that it is imperative that I am boarded by the Jan 20th deadline. I emailed Cadet Command with this question, but they haven't responded, so I decided to ask people here if they have any experience with this.

Can you have West Point do it when you are there?

I don’t think treadmills are allowed, and others can correct me.

My son waited on his CFA and was forced to run in the snow.

I'm not sure they would administer the PFA as it is for ROTC Scholarship and has different rules then the CFA (i have already passed the CFA and received an appointment) + when I took my CFA at SLE the West Point cadets were very very strict. If I have to run in the snow I guess that is what I will have to do then. Thank you!

You can’t use the same CFA?
No, CFA doesn't transfer over to the PFA as ROTC does not allow it, but also bc it is 2 minutes per push-ups and sit-ups, contains basketball throw and pull-ups, sprints, and a mile run for CFA, so it would not be accurate due to fatigue and the fact that PFA is only 1 minute for push-ups and sit-ups and then a mile run. Note for anyone applying to ROTC and the academies: just go ahead and knock them both out at the same time if you have even the inkling of applying for both, bc I made the mistake of thinking CFA translates to the ROTC application and now I have to do it in the winter.

It's worth a call to WP to ask if they will administer it. How far do you have to drive to get access to an indoor facility?
