Would this medically disqualify me?

Hello all, I'm applying for an appointment to usafa for class of 2027, but the thing is

I have a lose knee cap, which occasionally pops when I'm running, causing it to swell. I'm getting knee surgery to tighten my knee cap which would resolve the issue so my question is, would this surgery disqualify me?
