I'm not sure he has done most of this himself. I do know he had both interviews for NROTC and AFROTC in November and that was the last item needed for both.

He called USNA and they said: We can't tell you if you are 3Q, but you know you have a med waiver, you know you passed the CFA and you have good academics. You probably wouldn't have recieved a Principal Nom without being 3Q'd. He also called his B&G and he made a call and verified that he was 3Q.
