I've been trying to log in to the CIS and all I get is a blank screen before the login page. Anyone else having this same problem?

Earlier this week I received an email from a first class midshipman asking to meet with me and one other candidate over Thanksgiving Break. I was wondering if this is a positive sign and if so, how good of a sign is it? Any answer would be helpful.
