Wow, jcleppe, flight school students get only about a hour of free time each day? I knew it was time consuming, to say the least, but...well, I never even thought about free time they had. I thought maybe they had two hours, instead of one.
Actually they do have more free time, I was taking into account study time.
Once he started Primary Flight Training his weeks looked like this:
They alternate each week between AM and PM.
AM starts at 4:30am and they're done by about 3:00pm
PM starts at 7:30am and they're done by about 6:00pm
Done, meaning they get home around that time.
Monday through Thursday he goes to class, comes home and then goes to the Gym for about an hour. stuties between 3 to 4 hours and then goes to bed. Not much time for anything else.
Friday they usually go out for dinner and "Other" activities.
Saturday he studies a bit but mainly unwinds and sleeps in.
Sunday he studies and does laundry, and studies some more.
Sometimes they head to the beach Friday and come back Saturday.
Flight school is a busy time to say the least.
