DS indicates these three were mentioned at SLS as minimum requirement to even be considered for "early" LOA's. And that reading/math SAT needed to be 700 or better, and very high A average (3.8-3.9 unweighted from memory). With a "not at risk" CFA needed for most candidates. (again, from memory)
The context of the discussion was early LOA's for candidates not recruited for other reasons. (Athletics, underrepresented districts, etc)
These stats are very consistent with "early admissions letters" from any mainstream competitive college, so it was not really a surprise. For any early admissions type process you are being evaluated on just core stats, not EC's, so they are quite high. Much higher than the published averages for the whole class.
But as many have said, and will say- you can't try to game the LOA selection process. You can influence your core stats, with SAT's being one of the fastest/easiest to improve, along with your CFA.
