AFROTC EA due date

So whoever said around 60% was right. Wow. Any idea if we will find out our Max's?

Best of Luck to all of you! Lots of cadets in transit back from D.C. too.

My det is still waiting for official word. Let's just say there is very little focus occurring at work right now for me.

Word from my DS...17% non-rated, 60% rated. Not sure if that is just his school or nationwide. Either way - tough on the non-rated guys.

Is the 17% non-tech, non-rated?

Any numbers on tech percentages?

ERAU - I don't know. I just posted what was texted to me.

Ok, does this mean you have been notified that you received a FT slot, has your Det. released the notifications?

Bummer, I'm typing on my phone and just noticed that are and now it's too late to edit. Oh well.

Yep, my det commander is meeting with all of the 200s/250s today.

So you haven't heard yet, your post "Looks like I'll see you guys at field training this year." made it sound like you had already been told.

Thanks for the clarification.

My son was notified about 9:30 am Central time - or 10:30 Eastern about EA allocations at his Det.

Keep Hanging in There!

I guess my second post was more confusing. I was the first to meet with him this morning. So yes, I'll be there most definitely. I know two of my other classmates have met with him also but unfortunately we can't tell each other what we got until LLAB tomorrow.

Just told same stats as cadet15 posted. Only addition is that 174 scholarship cadets were not selected. Ouch.

We're being hit hard here.

VERY tough on non-tech - Some of the best cadets at that det are non-tech - really have my fingers crossed for them...

:frown:

Ouch indeed.

Guess the AF just saved around 6 to 7 Million.

Really sorry to hear how tough it is this year.

Good Luck

Is there a breakdown on the CGPA for tech and non-tech?

WOW 1,590 ....that's lower what people were thinking...

I'm sure there is, but we were just told the overall stats at our det which are exactly what cadet15 posted.

This is so frustrating, I bet just about every other 200/250 will find out today or tomorrow, our det is waiting 2 days to tell us!!!! They want to deal with the paperwork first and are trying to make sure there were no mistakes which means some people they expected to go probably weren't selected which is really depressing. I guess, for us at least, the wait continues. Good luck to everyone else.

ERAU,

Does your DS know whether he got a slot or not yet?

I think my previous 67% number was det specific - not overall. Buit they found out almost as soon as EA's were released - even the ones on the road. I really hope other dets don't keep their 200/250's hanging...
