Anyone still waiting out there?

DD got notified her medical waiver for shoulder surgery from Dec was approved by USNA on 2 March, received letter from Senator (Nebraska) stating he had been notified she would receive an appointment and congratulating her on 6 March, DODMERB showed waiver approved on 7 March, email from BGO congratulating her on 8 March. Now she is just waiting for the BFE and trying not to succumb to "senioritis" the next two months!

I'm wondering the same thing. Also wondering about NAPS and when those offers go out. Patience isn't one of my strong suits either.

DS is also still waiting- 3Q with MOC and pres noms. BGO said there are more BFE coming but beginning to lose hope everyday with no mail.

Don't give up and have a plan B and C.

Don’t give up and have a plan B and C. Our DS received an LOA (I’m guessing that is what it is, letter said he was guaranteed an appointment once the single item is cleared) yesterday for class of 2016. Only condition is returning Present Health Questionnaire to DODMERB and he is in excellent health. He applied for class of 2015, was 3Q’ed with a nomination and got the TWE. Within three hours of receiving the TWE for class of 2015 he had opened his application for 2016. Plan B was to attend well respected engineering university. Pulled straight A’s first semester, worked on improving CFA’s and went all out on his nomination interviews and received a congressional nomination. He also started on plan C, Navy NUPOC as he will be eligible in June of 2012 due to his AP credits putting him within 30 Months of graduation. Bottom line, keep the end goal in mind, which is serving as an officer in the United States Navy and have a plan B and C. We were thinking that it looked like plan C was going to be his destiny and then the wonderful news arrived. He is a better man for this experience and his tenacity and drive has served as a wonderful example to his sister and parents.
