Appointment!

My DD is in the same boat. We were really hoping to cancel the college tour weekend we are doing in North Carolina so we could save some money. But since we haven't heard anything we'll be taking to trip to see two more schools that she already got accepted to but wants to meet the swim coaches and see the campuses.
No more school visits here. holding on to a few offers to play at d2 and d3, but thankfully coaches know CGA is by plan A and are willing to wait until 4/1. FAFSA delays also kind of helping slow play decision.

Same here as well. Plan B school needs deposit by April 1 to hold DD spot in Aeronautics and they have an accepted students weekend mid April at a school in SC. Not sure what to do about planning flights and a long weekend trip. Guess that's the game played when applying to an Academy.

Did you talk to the plan b school? The one school that really wants my daughter for their swim team is giving her time beyond the deposit deadline because they known what she's waiting for.

Don’t know how much $ deposits are now, but we used to send in for several schools until we made a final decision. It was just considered part of the investment. Can you fly Southwest? Do they let you you cancel your flight at no charge, and reschedule it within the next year?

Yes the waiting is hard...

Anyone have any insight as to the projected Class of 2028 authorized strength...and maybe even how many appointments have been offered so far?

For those of you who have received a decision, was it posted on the "My Application" page in Bears Den? That seems like the logical place but I figured I should ask.

Spoke to Plan B school. Making deposit and taking trip to SC mid April because need to have that just in case ready to go. They give full refunds for everything up to June 1st so I'm good with that!

The school lowered it to $200 for now so it's beyond worth it to save her spot to become a pilot. Anything from Ohio/MI to Charleston is outrageous. I found some decent prices and we'll go for the weekend. Plus it's a chance to get that last time in just DD and I before HS is over!

That is correct. There will be a link to a letter under Decision Status. Just like for AIM if you happened to apply for that.
