Pretty intense jc.
I will have to give that a try, but I will have to work on building up my stamina/endurance first. Right now I can only do about 3.5-4 miles at a leisurely/jogging pace before completely crapping out. Something to work for and I have a few months to work on it. Running is probably my biggest weakness, but I'm working on it.
My local H.S. (w/ a track) is about 1.5 miles from my house, so I can take a nice jog over there and do the interval training.
I applied for NROTC, still haven't gotten a scholarship yet, so this might be a moot point, but I'd like to get in better shape regardless of whether or not I do NROTC.
