He also said that MOC's will find out later that week to notify candidates and that most BFE's should be sent out within the next two weeks, which is what they will be working on throughout their break. Also, there will still need be boards for the LEAD appointments.
 
Have the online applications been updated? Mine still lists me as a candidate.
 
Same here. My updated GPA still hasn't been updated either, but I know it is updated in my file. Does anyone happen to know when Spring Break ends for cadets?
 
A little earlier someone said something about their disqualification appearing in the portal. Is the "portal" the online application? Also, my GPA has not been updated either. I am assuming because I am full IB it should be updated in the file.

Cadet Spring Break ends at 7 p.m. next Sunday 4/1/12. Firsties are given a little more leeway I believe, they have until 10 p.m. I think.

the wait is killing us as well. I guess I still need to learn patience at age 54!:cool:
 
Praying for good news for all the candidates (and parents, like me!) still stalking their mailbox, phone answering machine, and this thread! Should be an emotional week for everyone. Keeping the faith!

Again...nothing here in New Jersey....DS is back at college and is preparing for his second year in college....we are starting to think he will get oh so close again....

Don't give up! Just look at how few states are represented in the appointment thread. It's going to be a very busy week is my prediction. If they are mailing on the 28th, then the MOCs should be calling about that time. Where are you in NJ by the way? My sister is in Ramsey.

MOC Call Saturday Afternoon with Good News!

After a lot of waiting our DS got a call from our MOC on Sat afternoon that he had been accepted to the AFA. So for him, he got a call before anything was posted on portal or received in the mail.

Good luck to all waiting...hopefully more appts are coming this week and next.
