Hello, I just found out I was diagnosed with eczema at birth, but my doctors never mentioned anything about it or recorded it since then. I don't know whether or not to place yes or no on my medical history records. I don't remember the physicians who diagnosed me because this was 16 years ago and I wasn't really treated for it.

Might have been a contact dermatitis that was misdiagnosed. I am no expert, or have any contact with DoDmerb, but I would say it is a non-issue. If you were never treated with medications, then I would not mention it.
