This is what Cadet Command told me this morning. They said to accept the offer, and then when the letter comes in April, to get a letter from the school saying you are accepted and then send in the appeal.
The letter that comes with the scholarship offer needs to be signed and dated with the box checked next to the school you wish to use the scholarship at. If you were only offered 1 choice, there will only be one box and one school of course.
Then another letters comes late in the Spring.
Here is the letter from last year. They were due to come out in April, but the letter is dated May 17, 2010. If you do a search, you should see that everyone got these letters in May.
