Consider the MALO interview a mutually informative discussion. Your MALO is trying to see what your motivations are and a bit about you besides what's on your resume. They are also there largely to keep you informed. Half my interview was devoted to me asking my MALO questions, not the other way around. Go to the interview dressed for success and confident in yourself and you will do fine. Some common questions would be ones that tell your MALO you have done some research on USMA and know a bit about the program and the admissions (nomination, CFA, ect) process.
