No Appointment or TWE....just Crickets

If you look at the very bottom of your sign in page you will see it hasn't updated sinse the 12th
 
That's not making any sense... The higher ups say the portal dates have nothing to do with release of the portals. The TWEs from two weeks ago came flooding in around 9:00am (0900) central time. So I imagine that is when the TWEs/Offers start coming in.

Maybe???? They are waiting for those who need to accept or reject their appointments??
 
Sorry...This was what DD was told two weeks ago (April 20th). She hasn't spoke with her councilor since.
