Knowing the whole person multiple formula probably would do you no good:
(1) The scholastic qualification IS NOT based on it. It is a vote of the Admissions Board. No matter what the WPM is, if a candidate is not found scholastically qualified, it doesn't matter. USNA rarely lets candidates know their scholastic qualification status.
(2) Knowing the score doesn't tell a candidate where he/she stands in the overall ranking.
(3) The Admissions Board could adjust (for better or worse) the WPM and that outcome would not be known to the candidate.
So at the end of the day, you would have (potentially) a number that you calculated that would be almost meaningless. I can't remember how many times I have posted this, but worrying about the WPM and/or how it is calculated is a waste of your time. Sure, some things are weighted more, but you probably already know what those are.
As posted on a different nomination thread, the process with which the MOC uses to award nominations varies between MOCs. Some MOCs share their nominees with other MOCs to "spread the wealth" and some don't. Some handout nominations to multiple SAs per candidate and some only allow one. Don't assume all MOC nomination processes are the same.
