Pre-I Day Workout

Is this a good workout although its different from the one NAVY sent on the forms before I-Day?

Run 2-4 miles
500yd swim
3 25m underwater Swims
100-200 pushups least # sets
100-200 situps least # sets
15 Pullups
60 Air Squats 45lbs
3/4 Mile sprinters every 30 seconds
Run/Swim
 
Looks good to me.

Just don't hurt yourself.
 
Looks good! Just stay busy and don't over do it. I think the biggest challenge for everybody is the running. My son is running everyday and doing his situp, pushup, pullups on alternating days. Swimming 40 minutes to an hour a couple of times a week and then playing 2 sports a day 2/hrs each, ultimate frisbee, soccer, volleyball or flag football. Just keep active!!!

and what do u mean by 3/4 sprints 30 secs?

sorry, I just wanted to know why to do these 2 workouts
