I can't believe after all the walking around in DTA during IDay and PPW we missed the Iron Rooster completely!

Yes! We're in and let the countdown begin! DS called and texted, he and friends are spending several days off the Yard for some R&R. Can't believe c/o 2019's Plebe year is almost over!
 
What can I do to improve my chances? Didn't even make the wait list and the portal (OpenTable) shows there are no tables available until 05/31. Would it be inappropriate to make a large financial contribution and hope to get a primary reservation? Should I just show up (05/23) and see what they say or should I settle on plan B?
 
Go for it OTB! Hopping on a red eye tonight arriving BWI early morning and going straight to the Iron Rooster - hoping the rain (that's what the forecast says) will keep people away.
