Not exactly. USNA does NOT publish the minimums for the CFA (even to BGOs) for fear that people would take the advice of Hawkeye Pierce . . . "If the minimum weren't good enough, it wouldn't be the minimum."
What you have posted are the requirements for mids at USNA to pass their annual fitness tests. These are different than the CFA and comparing them is like comparing apples to oranges.
In a sticky above, I posted the averages that USNA provided BGOs to provide to candidates several years ago. If you want to be competitive, you should be around the average or better. If you have failed the CFA, USNA will notify you. If you aren't notified, you've passed. The fact you have passed doesn't mean you have excelled.
