I received a medical waiver in January but never received any kind of conditional offer. I did get the call from my Congressman in mid-February about my appointment though. So, who knows? Perhaps it would be more helpful to find instances of people who were waived but DIDN'T get in.
For those that got the TWE this year, keep the faith! If you really want to be at USNA, keep trying. I got the TWE last year, but now that I have gone through a year of college, I have learned that it was good for me to stay home for an extra year. I am thankful for being denied last year. I did get in this year. There is hope. Enroll at a 4 year university and do the best you can in technical courses. And don't stop exercising.
