No problem, but I tend to try not to get that picky.
~ It is a running joke here how I speak in acronyms, and posters can't understand me.
I try to keep it the same all around because new posters and lurkers than wonder what is the difference between WPS and WCS if they are applying to SAs and ROTC.
~ Not to generalize, but most candidates applying to both will use ROTC as plan B and they are accustomed to the acronym WCS. Once, you start throwing in WPS, it can send them off kilter.
~~ Look at how many threads exist regarding if they can submit their CFA for the PFA? For lurkers and new posters the answer is NO.
Just saying, that sometimes we have to leave the smaller things aside, so those that do not understand the finesse issues can understand the big picture. Big picture is it is a Whole Score, what ROTC calls it and what the SAs call it doesn't really matter. What matters is the system explained to them.
I hope you do not take offense by my reply. I am just trying to explain why I use certain terms. I know that it is a WPS, but if I was a parent of a rising senior applying to both routes, my question would be what is a WPS, is it the same as WCS for the SAs?
Finally, this to me another reason we need a ROTC sticky.
~Things like the WPS and PFA can immediately be answered for posters and lurkers without them ever posting the question.
Have a great day.
