My cousins' son is finishing his sophomore year in HS...just took the SAT/ACT to "see what they're like" and hammered them. I'd like to put him in touch with a BGO.

I certainly would recommend your writing your nominating congressman to thank him for his support. You will be introduced to the niceties of etiquette and protocol during your four years at NAVY, but this certainly is a great start.
