If you really want to be an aviator go with ROTC. Roughly 40% of total slots go Annapolis and 40% go to ROTC. That leaves only 20% for OCS. For the USAF, 50% of slots go to the Academy, 30% ROTC, and 20% OTS. So OCS/OTS are kind of just like a "spigot" for remaining slots. Hope this helps!
