In my uneducated opinion I would say he didn’t receive treatment since you just went to make sure it wasn’t broken, more a diagnosis than treatment. It sounds like he was going to be fine without going to the hospital, they just confirmed it wasn’t broken. I’d answer no.

Qualified Medically, Physically (CFA), and Academically. If you win your slate (are the best out of nominations from a specific MOC) and are 3Q then you get an appointment. It is more a term used by West Point, I believe they actually tell people if they are 3Q.
