USMA letter requesting review for waiver consideration

Thank you, @MullenLE for your insights. No mental behavioral issues, just basic ortho surgery 3 years ago (fully recovered and without restriction) and vision (correctable to 20/20)...are you implying that a waiver may/may not be granted without further medical review or documentation? We...

USMA letter requesting review for waiver consideration

DS received a letter from USMA on 12/5 requesting that the Surgeon, USMA, review DS’s medical file for waiver consideration. It goes on to say to promptly reply with any instructions from the DoDMERB. DS has followed up 3 separate times with DoDMERB as his portal has not updated since DQ on...

Thanks for your reply. I understand it is speculation. I've posted on DoDMERB to gain insights on others experiences.

Received DQ Today. Are these codes "waiverable?"

Thank you for the insights. DS has all medical documentation regarding his shoulder and does have full range of motion and strength. We'll pursue the "love letter" too. I'm not terribly worried about the seafood, but will look into the allergy test. He's never required medical care...just...
