Only thing left on my WP app is the CFA. I live in a very rural area and I do not have a WP FFR. On the portal, it states that a "Service Academy Liaison Officer" may administer the test. I don't have anyone else that would qualify under the rest of the options for CFA official.

I called the county and the woman said it was written up as speeding in a school zone, not reckless. If I take drivers ed instead of it going on my license would that make a difference?
