ROTC help!

I'm currently filling out a ROTC scholarship but I'm confused at the final part where it asks about file and upload. It wants me to provide and upload PT scores and college transcripts when I'm not even in college yet. How do we upload those documents or do I have to have a meeting first to provide that information?
 
Which branch of service? My DS had a PE teacher administer the test, fill out and sign the paperwork. Then, depending on the service, the PE teacher either followed a link to upload the scores/document, or my DS typed in the scores and uploaded the signed document (We use TurboScan to take pictures and convert it to pdfs.)
 
I'm in the army reserve, and thank you so much so all I have to do is remind the person who is supposed to give me the PT test about the link and from there that's up to him?
 
What you need to do is go on your application and look for the additional information tab. Click on that tab and then start reading. There is a link in there that talks about the PFT and explains how to submit your scores.
 
There is a link under “more documents” where you can download the form. Then you scan the document upload the document to your portal/application.

In the AROTC upload section, is there a limit to some of the more unique documents such as University acceptance letters? I've been having some issues lately with submitting some acceptance letters and was wondering if it was from an unknown limit or if it's from the board being so recent.

Do they ask you to send acceptance letters? I've never seen that before, only rejection letters for a transfer, but I'm willing to be educated.
 
Are you sure it was college transcripts? I uploaded my High School transcripts when I applied earlier this month.

They don't ask for Acceptance letters but they do accept them, I believe like letters of Recommendation. I might totally be dropping the ball on purpose though.

Personally, if they didn't ask for the the letter I wouldn't send it myself, but that's just me. Entirely your decision of course. Hope you can solve the technical glitch if any. I'm guessing it's possible they have a limit on the number of docs that can be sent (only so many fields in a database or something), but that's purely speculation on my part.
