My searching on you tubes is not turning up anything good - something to show high school age students to get their interest

You need to work on your search skills.... try this "norwich university corps of cadets" There were at least several there although I dodn't take time to view anything.

The ones I found were pretty poor - very slow paced and narrated with a weird voice / accent

UNG has a good one, VMI and Citadel have great ones -
 
May I recommend the Norwich University Recognition 2018-Class of 2022 video. Below is the link. My daughter is the short blonde yelling out the Rookie knowledge with the tall SGT in her face.



Also check out the other videos on YouTube from Jim Black and Norwich TV. He creates some really great videos each year.

Very interesting look at Norwich recognition
 
Try searching for Norwich specific stuff. "Dog River Run", "Sabine Sally" etc. I came up with numerous things last year using that method.
