Pima, could you explain the logistics behind being charged in-state as an OOS student? Public schools in other states may just charge you in-state tuition if you're on an ROTC scholarship?

Similar disappointment over here. 4.3 GPA, 1550 SAT, 8 APs. I did the 1.5 mile in 8:30. Strong ECs with various leadership positions, 2 varsity sports. Still just got a type 7... maybe my downfall was that I chose an aerospace engineering major? Can't complain about free money though.
