Is it possible to get an offer of appointment without getting a 3Q’d letter first?

I received a nomination from one of my Senators and a Congressional nomination. Both were received very close to each other. Should they both show on my portal. The Only one on my portal is my Senators nomination?

I received the same red X this morning! I have already had my interview. I emailed my FFR he said it was a computer issue and he’d have it corrected. He was unaware of the issue. He seemed to think a glitch from when they were doing system change over!

I can’t get in as well??

Actually I asked my counselor an PE teacher if they received it because I upload the emails in my portal and said it was sent on 8/21 but both have said they’ve received nothing yet... so does USMA send this instantly or is it over a 3 or 4 day delay

I sent requests on my application for my CFA,CAR, and academic transcripts on8/21 . Does it take time for them to send the like to my PE teacher, and Guidance Counselor.. both have said nothing has been received from USMA

I’ve been told USMA could make offers of appointment right up to R-Day. How are they selected? From candidates that received TWEs or do they hold a few appointments back? I’ve moved forward on my plan B but was curious?

I received my TWE today and I want opinions on reapplying. Will it be the same having a professor send information directly to USMA as it was for my senior year in high school. Is the CFA done again the same way? Any advice on anything will be greatly appreciated
