    Running Speed

    Best way to run a faster time is to run more miles. I say if you want to have a faster 1mile- Run about 3-5miles. Consistency is key. The more you run 3-5miles, you get used to it and eventually you start to run faster. It worked for me when I got a 5:10 mile in colorado
