Now that Preliminary Applications are out for 2027, does it seem preemptive to fill out the application prior to receiving my 2026 application decision?

My status on the DoDMERB portal was updated last to “Qualified” last Friday, yet my Medical Examination status on USNA’s CIS is still marked as an “X”. Is it common for it to take this long to update on CIS? Is there a way I can ensure that the Naval Academy has my most recent DoDMERB status?

I might have not used the proper wording. My DQ was regarding a plantar wart on my toe. A podiatrist removed the wart and determined it “clinically cured”.

I recently received a DQ while going through the DoDMERB process for my Naval Academy application. In hopes of being proactive, I got the issue checked out, and luckily, the issue was fully resolved on 1 Feb. Does anybody know who I should I send this update to (DoDMERB or USNA’s WA)?
