DoDMERB Qualified Update to USNA

My status on the DoDMERB portal was updated last to “Qualified” last Friday, yet my Medical Examination status on USNA’s CIS is still marked as an “X”.

Is it common for it to take this long to update on CIS? Is there a way I can ensure that the Naval Academy has my most recent DoDMERB status?

Yes. DoDMERB leads the way...sometime the USNA lags behind.
I can assure you the USNA knows your status.
I can't assure you when they will update their system
