2013 Appointments

JamesD, I don't think you should be worried. Like it has been stated before, appointments can extend all the way to May/June. If you keep worrying, you'll end up with a head full of grey hairs!

BTW, your SAT score of 1920 is better than my superscore of 1910 :)

I had a chat with my MOC on a Saturday night. She wanted to tell me personally and apparently had been trying to reach me all day. Funny thing was, though- I was having dinner at my girlfriend's and my phone vibrates, I try not to be rude so I just look at it and say "Huh, MOC called me" and her parents just look at me and say "Well- CALL HER BACK!" lol.

Don't worry, I had an SAT score of 1900. If the rest of your composite is good you're in good shape.:thumb:

MoC...yeah, I'd be surprised too if mine called on the weekend. But I've talked to my ALO plenty of times on the weekend. Still, I was a bit surprised to see his name on my cell. Pleasantly surprised!

lol, that means that as of now there is a little over 3.5% of the Class of 2013 on here.
 
I was thinking I'd have to go through another day of a typical boring senior schoolday, when I realized that it is spring break and I can sleep in till 0930 AST when the mailman comes :biggrin:

Whatever is in that mailbox tomorrow better be worth waiting for...

see and thats what i thought too.. but i had to give him the benefit of the doubt... maybe his postman has a dogsled and it took him awhile

i was told that all offers were already mailed out, so wait for them to come, and if not, then you will probably get a letter in a week or two saying that either you are not qualified, or you are, and you are on a waiting list or whatever

also, what does anyone know about the falcon foundation. Is the scholarship used for the AFA prep, or for other prep schools?
 
Falcon Foundation scholarship is for either NMMI or MMI. Im pretty sure AFAPS is just an appointment, no scholarship name.
 
I think there are actually more Falcon Foundation scholars that go to Northwestern Prep than any other option - least that's what we were told.
