At this point I see that it would be more appropriate to make a list of those who haven't received a TWE, BFE or wait list. We seem to be getting off topic about why things didn't happen and forgetting those who are still in the game for the next 6 days. The "Still I n the Game" thread has made a wrong turn.
 
I agree. Will be checking the mail shortly. We have not received anything from USNA. Good luck today, everyone.:smile:
 
Nothing was received today and we are leaving for spring break tomorrow. My cat feeder is now in charge of stalking the mailman. Good luck everyone.
 
Still waiting to hear in AZ-1. BGO feels like according to her admissions officer most likely NAPS. Her school offers no AP courses, but she will get her Associates before high school graduation.

I wonder what day we'll hear back. The board only has one more day to make their decisions. I hope everyone gets that BFE we all desire so much.

I would have to agree. According to the posts from last year they finalized the NAPS appointments on April 11. I would say that most of us left are waiting to hear on NAPS or Foundation, which my DS would be very happy with. My son did have a low verbal SAT score, so I would not be surprised if he ends up with one of those appointments.

Still anxiously waiting here in Norfolk, VA! I'm REALLY becoming optimistic that NAPS or Foundation is coming for us.. IDK why, just these vibes are telling me we will. Anywho, GOOD LUCK AND GOD BLESS ALL.:thumb:

Foundation offer came via a phone call from USNA Admissions to my DS on a Sunday late morning-we had just come home from church. This was two years ago . And that call came on the "magic" April 15th date to boot! Exactly one year later - again April 15 - while DS was finishing up his Foundation sponsored prep year at NMMI MOC called out to New Mexico and told DS he had earned an appointment to USNA! And now almost exactly one year later DS is successfully completing plebe year and looking forwArd to Herndon!

Moral of this story: When "they" say April 15 is the deadline for hearing USNA news they mean it! Even if it's a Sunday!!

Thanks for the insight Roseville. I am glad time has slowed down for a moment in this waiting process. Because I am sure once we get the answer time will fly away like it has my DS whole senior year...

Mail lady just came and left. No USNA mail. If any of my younger children apply if will be early. This might be aging me a bit.
