2020 Appointments

I went to USPS.comon my IPhone. Then I clicked on my USPS and from there it prompted me to sign up. Then once I signed up, I went back in to check for the packages and it made me verify my identity online, so I answered some questions, then I was done. Now anytime I want to see if I have any packages, I just have to click My USPS. Hope this helps.
 
Real mail notifications is only available in parts of VA and is being tested in NYC. Package tracking is different and available everywhere. Just an FYI...
 
I received an envelope with the certificate of appointment, but when do people normally get the BFE with all the paperwork after their portal has changed to appointment?
 
Probably beginning around April, but it sometimes varies each year.
 
Thanks Stealth. I haven't cracked the code of copying a SAF link while in the SAF phone app. External links, yes. I can find the glossary but am reduced to saying "use Search."

Edit: Of course - I just figured it out. Went to the link, tried the menu "dots" up top, found a Copy function, amongst others.

As DS was waiting to interview for a big plan B scholarship on Saturday. He checked his email. Had a message from USNA. Here is the first paragraph:

This is an outrageous thing to type after all this process but...
I went about an hour ago to check the mail looking for a BFE from USNA or USAFA.
There was a BFE...but it was from West Point.
Never in our wildest dreams did we think he would get into all three.
By the way he was notified differently by all three
USAFA-phone call from MOC
USNA- portal change then email a few days later
USMA-BFE in the mail
I guess he gets choice of restaurant in a celebration dinner.

wow!!!!!!!!! that's such incredible news!!! Congrats three times over!! what a great "choice" to have to make :)
 
He is very blessed. He has some thinking and praying to do.
I told him I would take him to visit the one that he thinks is his top choice.
I probably can't afford more than one trip. They are all a long way from rural Texas
