What I heard is that 2/C is able to preference either. Some will be lucky enough to do both, put priority is on training for allHas anyone heard if rising 2nd class will be doing a fleet cruise in addition to Sea Trials this summer? As of now I have only heard about Sea Trials from my unit and was really looking forward to experiencing the fleet for the first time.

Talk to your cruise coordinator. Ours almost did the same thing (the information they sent us made it seem like sea trials or NSI were the only options) but a 2/C fleet cruise is a possibility.

Our unit siad (per CNO) that first class cruise is a "must happen." Everthing else is in the works right now.
