A few videos to remember 9/11
Thank you for sharing. I appreciated these.
Yesterday, as I was driving over the Bay Bridge to the Eastern Shore of Maryland and to Dover AFB DE for a work event, I listened to various radio stations' broacasts of ceremonies marking the various times of the attacks. As I came over the Bridge, the first overpass on US 50 had a large yellow ladder truck, with the ladder extended up, and a holiday-sized American flag flying in memorial tribute. Choked me up and brought back all my memories of that day in the Pentagon and what I saw and experienced. I am fortunate to be here today, and those memories serve to remind me of others' great loss and the insignificance of my own petty problems. I have the same memorial pin and a 3" square of the Pentagon face that was destroyed that day in my own retirement shadowbox - they by far outweigh in significance the medals, ribbons and other memorabilia.
